Sisters Pray Outreach collects only the information you choose to give us, such as your name, email address, country and the content of any prayer request or enquiry.

Prayer requests are held in confidence for the purpose of prayer. We do not publish or share any prayer request publicly unless you have explicitly given us permission to do so.

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing sistersprayoutreach@gmail.com.

SPO is a registered charity in Scotland. OSCR registration number: SC054255.

Cookie Policy

This website uses only the cookies and local storage that are necessary for the site to work. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies for marketing purposes.

If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this policy and explain what is used and why.

Safeguarding

The safety of children, young people and vulnerable adults is a priority for SPO. We do not publish any prayer request, testimony or personal story without explicit consent.

All volunteers working with children or vulnerable adults are vetted and trained under our safeguarding policy.

Prayer support is not a replacement for emergency, medical, legal or professional services. If someone is at risk of harm, we encourage contact with the appropriate local services.

Complaints Procedure

If you have a concern or complaint about SPO, we want to hear from you. Please email sistersprayoutreach@gmail.com with the subject line ‘Complaint’.

We will acknowledge your complaint and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

If you are not satisfied with our response, please write to us again and ask for the matter to be reviewed by a trustee who was not involved in the original response.
